Join us for a special coffee tasting on Thursday, December 19 at 11:00am, with notorious coffee cup illustrator, Moonsub Shin.

Moonsub (@moonsub) has brought a wonderful selection of coffees from all over Korea to share with the Coffee Project NY community—featuring 20 coffees from Seoul, Busan, Jeju, Ulsan, Bucheon, and Seongnam.

Amid the extensive list of coffees are experimental fruit co-fermentations, Cup of Excellence placements, many Geshas, and specialty lots from Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Indonesia, and India.

We will begin with a short introduction and lecture, moving onto a guided cupping, and finish with discussion and hangout. All participants will take home at least a single serving of coffee beans, with more to win in a raffle-style giveaway.
