Academy of Coffee Project NY is the only Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) premier training campus in the New York State. We offer virtual/online and in-person classes for professional baristas, home enthusiasts, and everyone in between.

We offer SCA Pathway barista certification along with stand-alone courses and certification in brewing, green coffee, sensory skills, and roasting, or CQI (Coffee Quality Institute) courses toward Q-Grader certification, as well as well as workshops for beginners and professionals alike covering sample roasting, pour overs, Chemex brewing, latte art, coffee entrepreneurship and many other things.
