It’s National Irish Coffee Day and we’re celebrating once again with Teeling Whiskey, by sharing an upgraded recipe of this timeless cocktail with simple and intentional ingredients.

This recipe takes the classic Irish Coffee recipe and elevates it with top-tier ingredients: our Teeling Irish Coffee Blend, custom-roasted to pair with the tasting notes of Teeling’s small batch Dublin whiskey, and Teeling’s award-winning whiskey.
- Put brown sugar into a warmed Irish Coffee glass or another heatproof cup. Add hot coffee and Teeling whiskey. Stir to dissolve.
- Gently whip the heavy cream by pouring it into a closed vessel like a jar, and shaking vigorously until thickened, but not stiff, about 10-20 seconds. It should still be able to pour easily.
- Float the cream on top of the drink by carefully pouring it over the back of a spoon close to the drink’s surface.
- Serve immediately; do not stir.
