Coffee cupping is the industry's standard way of evaluating the aroma and taste of coffee. In this class, students will learn how to set up a cupping table, taste differences in coffees from different regions, and identify various tasting notes. We will use the SCA cupping form to assess categories and attributes of the sample coffees.
