Cupping is the industry's standard way of evaluating the aroma and taste of coffee.
In this 2-hour class, students will learn how to set up a cupping table, taste coffees from different regions, and identify coffee tasting notes. We will be using SCA cupping form to assess the various categories and attributes of the sample coffees.
