Cupping is the industry's standard way of evaluating the aroma and taste of coffee. In this 2-hour class, students will learn the practice of cupping, taste coffees from different regions, and learn how to identify tasting notes. We will be using SCA cupping form; going through the different categories and attributes of the sample coffees.

Registration Cut Off Time
For students reside outside of the United States: 10-14 days before class date
For students reside within the United States: 7 days before class date
Course fee includes class materials. Some class materials will be mailed to you. Please register by the cut off time so we can mail out your class materials to arrive in time for your class date.
Additional shipping charges & import duty may occur for students outside of the United States, international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please allow additional time for international shipment.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
