Class Level: foundation

This is a full day class and upon completion and passing the exams, students receive a certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Class Level: intermediate

The Intermediate class comprises two full days of course work and hands-on practice. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive a certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Class Level: combo

The combo (Foundation + Intermediate) class comprises three full days of course work and hands-on practice. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive a certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Learn about the essentials of sensory evaluation in a practical and interactive manner. Sensory Skills investigates the way we perceive what we taste, how to evaluate coffee’s natural characteristics, and implementing this knowledge in practice.
