This is a SCA Coffee Skills Program course and is the most comprehensive 1-day course one can take in the industry. No prior knowledge in coffee is required. Upon completion of an exam, students will receive certificate of recognition by Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).

This class traces coffee’s journey from its origins in Ethiopia to the major commodity it is today. From growing the cherries through grading, roasting, and brewing, this module provides an overview of the coffee value chain.
