Class level: combo

The combo (Foundation + Intermediate) class comprises three full days of course work and hands-on practice. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Class level: foundation

This is a full day class and upon completion and passing the exams, students receive a certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Class level: intermediate

The Intermediate class comprises two full days of course work and hands-on practice. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive a certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Class level: professional

Professional courses are comprised of three full days of hands-on coursework. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive a certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association. An Intermediate-level certificate is a required prerequisite for this course.

Learn about the variables that affect the quality of brewed coffee. The brewing module provides hands-on education for grind profiles, brewing methods, measuring coffee strength and charting extraction.
