Class level: combo

The combo (Foundation + Intermediate) class comprises three full days of course work and hands-on practice. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Class level: intermediate

The Intermediate class comprises two full days of course work and hands-on practice. Upon completion and passing the exams, students receive certificate of recognition by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Learn about the variety of methods for brewing coffee and the brewing variables that affect quality.The Brewing module provides hands-on learning on grind profiles, brewing methods, measuring coffee strength and charting a coffee’s extraction.
